You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me. Psalm 31:3 (NKJV)

Each Christian has an infallible guide within, the person of the Holy Spirit. He is responsible to navigate you in God’s direction.

You are completely ignorant of the future, but the Holy Spirit is all-knowing. He knows how your decisions today fit into His will for your tomorrows. The Holy Spirit wants to guide you into a more intimate relationship with Christ. His express purpose is to glorify the Son of God (John 14:26). He also desires to guide you into the truth of God. The truth sets you free, and God’s Word is truth. It should come as no surprise then that the Spirit uses Scripture as His primary tool of guidance.

Do not worry or fret. Gather information, pray, search the Word, and ask God to lead you. He will not fail you.
